The best way to get to our community is turning on 22nd St if you are coming from Memorial. If you are coming from 21st St, you can turn onto S 85th E Ave and then make a right turn which will take you right to our front door.


The Lodge Apartments offers free wifi in common areas, 24-hour fitness center, 2 different lounge rooms, multiple TV's throughout the common area for watching the big gams, library, salt-water fish tank, a pool table, 24 hour laundry room, outdoor grilling area and patio, fenced in courtyard & is an access controlled community.

Yes! We love your furry friends! Please chat with our leasing agent for details on pet fees and restrictions. 

All apartments come furnished with a refrigerator, dishwasher, range oven, and stove. Check out our amenities page for more information. 

We do not currently offer furnished apartments.

No, we do not offer short-term leases. Our minimum term is 9 months, but we do offer 9, 12 or 18+ month leases.

Yes, please inquire with our manager.

The fitness center hours are from 6AM to 11PM for our residents.

Your package can be held for up to 72 hours before it will be returned to sender.

We offer treadmills, ellipticals, exercise bikes, free weights, and various yoga equipment in our fitness center.

Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM.  There is no fee for using the communal spaces. They are included in your rent.


We prefer appointments but do accept walk-ins during normal business hours. Please fill out the questionnaire on our website or show up at our property during normal business hours (M-F 9-5:30 and Saturday 10-2) and we would be happy to show you around!

Our office is open Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm and Saturday from 10 am-2 pm excluding National Holidays. 

You will be responsible for your deposit and 1st month's rent when you sign your lease. 

You can pay your rent online through our online resident portal. 

Yes, you will be required to have renters insurance to cover your apartment and personal belongings in case of disaster.

In addition to your rent, we charge a flat fee that is due with your rent to cover trash/water/sewer.

You can set up your electric service by calling or going online with PSO and cable/internet through COX.

The Lodge Apartments is a Cox community which you will set up directly through them upon move-in.

You can apply in person or through our website or resident portal. 

Most applications can be approved within 24-48 hours during normal business hours once all required information is provided. 

You can pay your rent online through our online resident portal. 

We do. All referrals must be registered with our property manager and approved before the prospect applies to be eligible for a referral fee.

No, we do not all subleasing of apartments. 

We offer an early termination fee in lieu of paying out the entirety of your lease if you need to terminate your lease early. This fee will be outlined in your lease agreement.


Maintenance is available Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm during normal business hours and 24/7 in case of emergencies.

You must fill out a maintenance request via the resident portal and a member of our team will resolve the issue as fast as possible!

You can fill out a maintenance request through the resident portal and a member of our team will reach out to take care of your request as soon as possible.  Most maintenance issues can be looked at within 24-48 hours.  Emergencies will be handled immediately.

No, you can give us permission to enter your apartment to take care of your issue without you by designating it on your maintenance request.

You can decorate your apartment.  However, nail holes and items affixed to walls will need to be repaired and repainted prior to vacating your apartment to avoid repair charges.  We always recommend decorating with items that don't cause damage to the walls or floors in your apartment.
